Yoga in Daily Life Society holds yoga classes six days a week in the heart of Liverpool. Classes are for Children and Adults and are open to all who wish to find alternative ways to improve their health and wellbeing instead of doing no exercise or are currently taking medication yet still feel unwell.
Yoga in Daily Life classes are structured to help students to detox, release stress and tension from the mind and body as well as to improve blood circulation. This is a good opportunity to get a cardiovascular workout without straining or pushing the body and mind.
