If you already have a weight problem, chances are that you might end up having other obesity related health issues in the near future including heart attack, if you are not being careful. Apart from joining gyms and controlling your eating habits, you should analyze what you are eating and if that is too much, trying to cut down on calories intake would be the first step. Check you activity level, because it also sums up to weight loss. The more activity you have during the day, the better it is.
