Our programme is especially designed to aid participants to relieve their stress. While developing physical strength and increasing joint mobility, participants are encouraged to use their breath to release tension and to focus their minds internally on their own bodies. The programme consists of many dance based Yoga and Pilates exercises that develop muscular strength, flexibility and co-ordination.
