Bikram Yoga is a series of 26 postures completed in 90 minutes, beginning with a breathing exercise to warm up, progressing through the 26 postures, and ending with a more toxin-eliminating breathing.
This series of postures was scientifically designed to work through the entire body to promote health, vitality and wellbeing.
It is designed to be within reach of as many people as possible: any age, any condition, and any level of ability.
It's hot ... you'll sweat, struggle perhaps, but when it's done, and you've had a few restful minutes to recover, you'll feel energized, strong and calm.
