Weight Loss/Healthy Lifestyle Have you ever been on a diet and not been able to keep the weight off for long periods of time? Do you often start a new exercise program and after a few months the enthusiasm peters out and you don’t go anymore? Do you often find yourself thinking a lot about food, what to eat and how many calories the food contains so you won’t put on weight? Do you often wonder how to look like that fabulous person in the magazine? There are a lot of programs out there that are totally focused on the physical and the emotional aspects of weight (books, tv programs or pills) yet for many this isn’t enough to help us succeed in our weight goals and visions. Believe me I tried them all and still couldn’t keep the weight off until I became clear on my underlying beliefs by working on all 3 levels – the spiritual, the emotional and the physical. What I’ve found through my journey and working with others, is that we have a physical craving followed by a mental obsession and we need to deal with the 3 aspects – the spiritual, the emotion and the physical to halt that process. I support individuals to achieve life long change.
