Improved Communication

Over the years, I’ve found that communication styles are often the culprit of relationship breakdowns whether they’re with our loved ones, those in the workplace, or with our clients. • We fail to say what we mean • Catch ourselves often failing to listen • And wonder why we fail to be heard. 93% of our communication is non verbal, and that 93% drives us to react rather than respond to what we hear or read. In fact statistics indicate that 80% of people who fail at work, do so because of an inability to relate well to others. Relationships are rewarding when we have skills that enable us to be assertive, without being aggressive, passive, or passive aggressive. What drives my passion as a therapist and counsellor is the presumption of NLP that “the meaning of my communication is the response I get”. I believe that it’s our responsibility to ensure what we have to say is heard, understood and not misconstrued. To do this I work with my clients to understand their unconscious behaviours. These are inevitably driven by unresolved past hurts. I am able to support you to get the best results to deliver profitable business relationships and more loving relationships with both your family and friends.
