Adult Self Defence and Fitness Based on Hapkido, we can now offer more that  basic techniques with the added advantage of incorporating pressure points.  In this system not only will you be taught  self defence but gain ultimate fitness. Self Defence Courses  Get Fit and learn basic of self defence, from striking to kicking and how to take care of yourself in a self defence situation.  These  courses range from basic to advanced depending on the level of training you require.   Our range of courses are: Break and Go A basic system, that teaches you how to break an attack and go.  This short course is over  four one hour modules where you will be shown and taught defences from grabs, pushes, punches and weapon attacks.
