Health Coaching is all about YOU and your goals in health and life. I remind you of your strengths, help you to come to terms with yourself and live in agreement with your desires and abilities. Health Coaching gives you valuable feedback on your thoughts and behaviour, and supports you in moving forward. The focus is on positive change. Health Coaching helps you to think positively and discover what is best for you. During my sessions I will not tell you what to do and will not impart my own agenda but I will assist you in finding your own healing ways and your own medicine; create healthier eating plan and life style.
Health Coaching is an emotional and rewarding journey, which may be challenging at times, however, you will have fun! You are the one who is accountable for all actions and steps that you take to reach your inspiring goals. Health Coaching helps developing your self-awareness, changing limiting beliefs and creating new, productive behaviour to become a healthy person.
