Innovit supports GS1 Connect Conference in Austin, Texas, 2-4 June 2015
GS1 Connect is a leading GS1 Standards event and Innovit, as a global leader in PIM / GDSN solutions, is delighted to be a sponsor and exhibitor again in 2015.
GS1 Connect brings together trading partners in the grocery, foodservice, retail and healthcare sectors from across the world to learn the latest on standards-based business processes and global best practices for greater supply chain efficiency. For the second year running, Innovit will be an exhibition partner and sponsor of the Healthcare and Foodservice tracks at GS1 Connect. The event will be held in Austin Texas, 2-4 June, with GS1 US as the host organisation.
Globally, Innovit is recognized for leading edge workflow management solutions for PIM (Product Information Management), for use of the GDSN (Global Data Synchronization Network) and for compliance with GUDID (Global Unique Device Identification) requirements of the Federal Drug Administration (FDA).
Innovit is also a global certified solution partner of 1WorldSync. This global partnership and representation at GS1 Connect will showcase a combination of 1WorldSync’s services and expertise, with Innovit’s certified IICE Connector product that ultimately benefit the supplier and recipient GDSN community.
Innovit VP Business Development Bang Chau says Innovit software has been in high demand across North America as companies embrace the challenges of standardizing and sharing their product data for supply chain efficiency, regulatory compliance and many e-commerce purposes. “Global brands including 3M, CareFusion, Colgate, Johnson & Johnson, Kelloggs and McCain Foods have entrusted their GDSN programs to Innovit solutions. As the FDA’s mandate for the GUDID tightens, more global healthcare companies will also look to Innovit for help.”
Mr Chau says his company has already assisted many Healthcare companies to meet product data challenges arising from e-Health reforms in various countries. “Innovit software allows you to take control of your master data, including critical data that is likely to be required for e-procurement and regulatory processes. This data is often sitting across a myriad of systems and spreadsheets. We can help you move to automated PIM Workflow Management programs and gain control over master data accuracy and consistency and governance,” says Mr Chau.
Innovit invites all participants in GS1 Connect to call on the Innovit stand, in the JW Marriott Hotel Austin (stand 101) during the three-day event.
