Our Traditional training methods are based on tried and proven Shaolin training regimes that use: Natural Life Philosophy, Positive affirmation verses, Isometric and Isotonic exercises thatare very safe to do, that develop great Strength and Power.  The use of the Wooden dummy to develop iron arms and pads /mitts for speed, small classes.  Finally, personal individual instruction within each group training for better learning of the art chosen. No Sparring of fighting is performed, just drills.
