October Activity Sash window repairs and restoration abound to Colonial, Federation, Victorian, Heritage, Homes and Strata timber sash windows in Paddington, Woollahra, Pyrmont, SurryHills, Redfern, Chippendale, Mosman, Chatswood, Leichart, DulwichHill, Rozelle, Balmain, Drummoyne, Glebe, Double Bay. Sash cords were replaced, painted in and nailed window sashes released, beadings replaced, sash weights balanced, sash pulleys oiled and replaced, sash lifts and locks replaced, timber window restorations. Stained Glass windows were repaired and restored in Californian Bungalos in Abbotsford,Rodd point Five Dock, Ashfield and Haberfield. Windows replaced and reglazed where 3 Airconitioners were removed in Newtown and Erskineville. Laminated glass was installed for soundproofing and thermal proofing. Parramatta and Castle hill saw 36 spiral sash balances restored to the delight of the owners of new homes. Strata in double bay had its 3rd floor windows removed and restored,and repainted. Aluminium windows and balustrade ‘s and all gates were painted in Abbotsford Whole exterior/ interior painting of Abbotsford Parade was completed. Whole interior restoration is currently underway in Burwood with repairs to sash windows
