Is your child having problems with their attention or concentration at school?
Children can have difficulties paying attention or concentrating at school for many reasons. A child can have problems concentrating if they are anxious, have learning difficulties, or language problems. Alternatively, problems with attention or concentration can also be a sign of ADHD /ADD.
A comprehensive diagnostic assessment by Clinical Psychologist Sandra Graudins is available at the Literacy and Learning Centre to help clarify why your child is having problems concentrating or paying attention in class. Computerised testing of attention is also available at the Centre.
Pracitical strategies, advice, and recommendations are provided to help your child perform to the best of their abilities.
Please phone the Literacy and Learning Centre 9712 8777 to discuss any concerns you may have about your child.
