Group sessions are the ideal way to redevelop your own regular
training habits whilst enjoying the company of other new fitness
enthusiasts. Group training sessions are enjoyable and ever-changing.
Our team of instructors will constantly keep you challenged and
motivated with new innovative training techniques. At Body Revival we won’t lose you in the crowd. We keep our Group
classes small (maximum 18 people) so that our trainers can focus on your
form and technique whilst providing you with the attention and
motivation you need.
