founded by Damir with the emphases to getting to know and giving back to our
local community and who is a person that is up front and thoroughly enjoys
keeping clients well looked after by providing a Safety Conscious, Cost Effective
& Premium Building Maintenance and Building Repair Service.
HOW DO WE PROVIDE A PREMIUM AND COST
Split Building Services founder Damir has achieved a
vast amount of experience over the last 15 Years in the building industry by
providing building services to clients such as the Sydney Harbour Foreshore
Authority, Education Department, Department of Commerce, State Rail Authority, NRMA,
Suncorp, GIO, AAMI, AMP, and APIA - clients who we know expect a premium service
at very competitive rates that we also know strictly monitor cost and
performance against other competitive building companies for their share
holders. Our other strategy is to keep
the work Local and use local and trusted tradesmen when required.
WHAT DO WE PROVIDE?
Split Building Services provides a complete Building Repair,
Building Maintenance and Handy Man Services for Residential, Commercial and
Strata Titled Properties. There is no
job to small and we also provide a 24hr Emergency and Secure Service. For more information call Damir on 0466 436
Split Building Services can provide Handy Man Services from
as little as $35.00 + GST per hr. This includes
services like Painting and Plastering to complete Building Work starting at
$45.00 + GST per hr. For more

Yes we do – and we don’t only provide a cost we give
you a whole written Scope of Works. The Scope of works is a documented list so
when you are ready to start nothing has been forgotten and we have a mutual understanding
of what is required.

After a quick conversation with we will be able to
decide if it’s best to quote over the phone or necessary to visit you. If a
site visit is found required we need to make an appointment and we aim to keep
them between 9 - 5 however, we Endeavour to put our client’s need 1
so please don’t be shy to ask to ask out side those times. We will attend your premises and walk through
your premises, make notes and take photo’s where necessary. We will ensure you
will have a written quote within the next 48hrs although for more detailed work
such a renovations it can take up to 5 days.
LICENCE AND INSURANCE
Yes of course– we hold current public Liability
Insurance of up to $10,000,00 and personal sickness and accident, our employ’s
are covered by Workers Comp and our subcontractors insurances are checked
regularly by an external trades monitoring service ensuring that we are safe on
your site for your protection. With regards to Licencing we ensure the person
performing the repairs are completing works with in the guideline of the
Department of Fair Trading’s rules and regulations.
OUR STAFF ARE BACKGROUND CHECKED
For your peace of mind, our staff is uniformed, drive
cars with company signage and have undergone police background checks. They are
also certified to work with children, an important aspect for you to consider
when we’re on your premises.
