Learn from the best in the industry, and get great pleasure from bringing Shakespeare to life!

Unlike previous courses, Shakespeare on the Go is a more practical based course with every actor getting the opportunity to workshop a soliloquy, sonnet, monologue or scene each and every week on the floor!
Blair's unique approach to exploring Shakespeare, is through physicalization by finding physical and psychological gestures. This approach will help to create a interesting multi-layered performance with more clarity for both actor and audience. Participants will need to come to class with energy, commitment and enthusiasm for the work.
The course will begin with a thorough exploration of meaning through analysis of the text. You will learn how to analyse and investigate text to effectively use Antithesis, Metaphor, Alliteration, Proverb, Iambic Pentamater & understand the use of Prose and verse.
You will learn by getting up and doing, but also observing others while we workshop the text in performance.
