Pram Fit is a total fitness program that mums can do with their babies in a group session. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise bands, the pram and the environment. It is a great workout for any level of exerciser. Mums are led through a series of exercises specific to her role as a mum for an overall feeling of satisfaction. Classes are on Tuesdays & Thursday morning at 10am at Tonkin Oval, Cronulla.
