Aerobic tennis is becominf very popular with adults who are wanting to tone up, lose weight, improve fitness levels and do it all outside in a fun, controlled environment. Heart rate monitors are used to keep  everyones heart rate in a zone which is safe but beneficial for the hour. Nutritional advice and scales are also available for those wanting to lose weight. Sessions are 1 1/2 hours which includes 1/2 hour of instruction and 1 hour of fitness.
