Like yoga, Tai chi has several different styles to suit the individual. the best alternative medicine. Nature and body science. A such a good sport for keeping fit and make people healthy. A gentle , long intensive, safe exercise, also called a long activity exercises and also referred to as "Chi massage". It is practicing mind exercise, breathing and body exercise in correct posture. Practice Tai Chi we simply follow the nature law. Tai Chi called moving Qi Gong.
QiGong is easy and gently yet powerful healing. Vital energy.
QiGong is a health exercise based on Traditional Chinese Medicine theory. It emphasises the flow of Chi through the acupuncture meridians and is excellent for calming the mind and regulating the breath. On the other hand, Tai Chi emphasises the natural movement of the joints and muscles and increases circulation and is excellent for improving the focus of the mind.
