This term we are discussing the 16 Guidelines for Life, a
set of practical tools for developing happiness & meaning in everyday
life. Each week we do a guided
mindfulness meditation followed by discussion of one of the 16 Guidelines &

Each class stands alone – you don’t have to attend the
entire course to gain benefit, just come along whenever you can.
We guide any beginning meditators in the “basics” of
meditation & provide tips for establishing an effective meditation
Experienced meditators often report that meditating in a
group situation such as SSMG, with like-minded people strengthens their
practice, helping them with self-discipline & concentration.
