Wai Cheong is back leading meditation each Tuesday night in August, with his very popular course, "Exploring Deep Concentration in Buddhist Meditation"
Learn about the mental qualities we experience during meditative concentration and how to:
1.Develop stillness, focus and relaxation
2.Work with hindrances in meditation
3.Discover benefits of a calm, focused mind in a settled, relaxed posture
Open to anyone wishing to deepen their meditation practice in their daily life.
Led by Wai Cheong Kok, a teacher of meditation and Buddhism since 1996 with a special interest in making available the benefits of Buddhist meditation to a wider audience.
