Living Calm Stress Management is a framework helps you understand stress in such a way that you are able to reduce the hidden stressors most of us aren’t aware even exist. Living Calm is a unique program that blends latest information and thinking in the area of health and healing with self-assessment techniques and strategies to help participants: identify their unique approach to stress; understand the factors that make up their stress load; develop strategies to address or remove the stressors; and neutralise the impact of stress all while enjoying increasing levels of calm.
A core principle of Living Calm is stress is individual; no two people have the same stress profile. Therefore, it stands to reason the best solution to the stress in your life has to come from you. Living Calm helps you identify what you need and when and how to use it to optimise your life. Our coaching uses a combination of skills development (for crisis situations) and life style changes to help you meet your needs.
