Step into Life Southern Highlands specialises in group outdoor personal training that is suitable for all ages and fitness levels. We have a range of training types so that you can tailor a weekly workout that will get you the results you want. Cardio max and box kick will torch calories, increase stamina and endurance; tone up will shape and strengthen those muscles and power flex will get and keep you flexible and supple. All of our sessions are conducted in a fun and friendly environment with like minded local people. They are under the watchful supervision of your own personal trainer who will ensure that you technique is correct as well as helping you progress to avoid the dreadful plateau that can occur when training alone or with limited knowledge. Our sessions are different every time which keeps you interested and motivated as well as helping your body to get stronger and fitter, thereby getting results quicker. We have sessions early morning, mid morning as well as in the evening and on saturday morning.
