Emily teaches a dynamic, flowing, fun style of Vinyasa yoga. Vinyasa yoga focusses on the connection of the breath with the movement. Each class is tailored to suit the needs of the students attending.
One of the beautiful things about yoga is that everyone can enjoy the many benefits of practicing. For example many people attend yoga classes to increase strength, co-ordination, fitness, flexibility and muscle tone. Others may enjoy the chance to escape to a peaceful environment and receive the benefits of relaxation, pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation. It doesnt matter what draws you to come to a class, you can reap all of these benefits.
Emily is currently teaching at the Community Hall in Graham St, Bonny Hills on Thursday evenings 6.30 - 8pm.
Cost: $15 casual class
$60 five class block
Emily also provides private classes for individuals or groups. This may appeal to you if you are new to yoga and would like to learn each posture with professional guidance, or if you have an injury and would like a personalised program to promote rehabilitation.
Cost for private classes: $80 per hour
