Group Classes are small one hour classes, of no more than four clients to one instructor. This format continues to work clients on an individual program on a full range of equipment in this group setting. Instruction and programming is progressive and challenging with a functional level of autonomy to this approach as clients knowledge and physical ability grows, empowering the individual.

Duet classes are designed to give you and a friend the benefits of working in a semi private setting at a reduced rate. Ideally both clients need to be of a similar level of ability for best results. Exercise selection will still have elements of tailoring and modifications within the workout. So bring a friend or partner along to share the work and the fun.
