Pilates, Pilates Classes, Pilates Studio
Classes range from small groups, maximum of 4, to duets or privates. Where individual needs are met with programming for rehabilitation, sporting injuries, pre and postnatal, strengthening and toning or simply just enjoying Pilates.
Private Classes are ideal for focused detailed work at your pace whether you are new to Pilates, require rehabilitation post-injury, pre and post natal fitness and core or specific strength training. One on one sessions are highly recommended for getting the most out of your Pilates work outs. Private classes allow for a more hands on guided approach, which addresses your body's changing needs within each class, providing a unique journey towards your goals and we look forward to helping you get there.
Group Classes are small one hour classes, of no more than four clients to one instructor. This format continues to work clients on an individual program on a full range of equipment in this group setting.
