DANCEFITZONE's instructor Rachael Jones is a fully qualified personal trainer and is here to help you with your health and fitness goals. We provide sessions for everyone, from beginners to the elite athlete and everything in between.
Our personal training sessions are held in Bondi Sydney and are really about helping you set your goals, and motivating you to help reach them. When we have a specific goal in mind, it is much easier to achieve what you want and really helps you to stay accountable.
Personal Training is not just about having someone with you in your session, it is about having someone guide you through your health and fitness development. We WANT you to reach your goals and be the BEST VERSION OF YOU. We will give you all the support you need to ensure you reach your optimum health and fitness.
Here at DANCEFITZONE we like to ensure we have all the required information before we start training you.
We organise an initial consultation which is really about seeing where you are at with your health and fitness. We will talk about nutrition, what kind of exercising you like to do, where you are at fitness wise, beginners intermediate or advanced and really build programs based on what you like and where you are at and of course around your lifestyle! Your Initial consultation is FREE!!!
And once that is complete, that is when all the fun begins! You can chose between a 30 minute , 45 minute or one hour sessions. The hard work begins then and we work towards your goals from session 1.
We also offer GROUP sessions for those who want to train with their friends or family members.
