supplying the Gelato Bar Bondi cafe which was opened in ’s Bondi Junction. The café only offers desserts and
coffee to cater for the large loyal following.
Now for the first time in
over 50 years - due to a growing demand from the food industry to outsource
high quality desserts and loyal customers from outside ’s eastern suburbs - the Gelato Bar Bakery has opened
its doors to the rest of .
Still family owned, the bakery takes great pride in their traditional baking
process using only the finest ingredients and have an outstanding reputation
for consistency, flavour and reliability.
