Traditional Chinese Medicine - TCM Acupuncture - is used to treat a wide array of disorders and can be balance and regulate bodily functions. Science suggests it has an effect through stimulating positive changes within specific areas of the brain. Chinese Herbal Medicine - is used to treat a wide range of health issues and is often used in conjunction with acupuncture therapy or on its own. Chinese Herbal Medicine can also be used alongside conventional medications to minimize side effects. Moxibustion - is used with acupuncture therapy to stimulate acu-points through burning a specific herb over the point. It emits a gentle warmth and generally feels very pleasant. Tuina massage - 'An mo tui na’ means 'pressing rubbing pushing grasping' and refers to the style of bodywork practiced within TCM. This style of bodywork is a firm & stimulating style of massage and can be used as part of a TCM treatment.
