"Excellent workmanship is an investment, not a cost" Here at Besteel Frames manufacturing of our wall frames and trusses is achieved through computer managed roll forming technology which is used to produce frames up to W60 Cyclonic wind rating. - Made from 0.95 mm thick coils of Truecore™ Bluescope Steel coil - Made from 0.75 mm thick coils of Truecore™ Bluescope Steel coil Each component is rolled into 75x30mm and 78x30mm channel sections for top and bottom plates, studs and noggins, punched and cut accurately. Frames are then assembled using hand held pneumatic riveting machines which install high shear strength rivets thus making it cheaper to produce than the more labour intensive welded alternative. All bracing is fitted in the factory at time of assembly. No additional bracing is required. No cyclone rods are required on steel frames due to their inherent strength. Recently we purchased a roof and ceiling batten machine providing much added value to our already exist
