We make every effort to understand the end-users of our commercial landscaping projects.

Commercial Services

One of the issues in many commercial works is that there is very often not a direct client to consult with as there is in domestic projects. There's no one person to get to know and there's not very often just one 'family' of people using the commercial landscape environment. More often than not there are numerous different groups of people using a commercial landscape. We make every effort to understand the end-users of our commercial landscaping projects. By doing this we feel that the end-result is effective and usable both for visitors to the sites and for the employees that work in and around those sites. Quality landscape design adds great value to a commercial property both in terms of the property as a working environment and also in terms of financial returns.

Government Projects

In the past we have designed and constructed many landscape works for government authorities.Much of this work included the regeneration of suburbs and the creation of playing fields for schools and other recreational facilities. Infrastructure landscapes within suburbs and the 'makeovers' given to many ex-government homes help the crime rates to decrease as well as increasing the value of new homes for the new residents. Great landscaping in your local environment helps to make life in your local community more enjoyable. We continue to tender for government landscape works and look forward to working in and with your local communities in the near future.

We spend time with you firstly making sure you know what you want and that you have thought about how you are going to use your garden.

The domestic, private garden is probably the most difficult project to undertake from the point of view of the landscape architect. This is due to the personal nature of the design and how it will affect you as the user. We ensure that your perception of what the garden will look like is the same as the image we see as being most appropriate for your home.

We spend time with you firstly making sure you know what you want and that you have thought about how you are going to use your garden.

  • Do you want water in the garden?
  • Do you need a swimming pool?
  • Are you going to entertaining on warm summer evenings?
  • Do you have pets?
  • Where are the children going to play?
  • Do you need to screen off views to neighboring properties?
  • Are you going to managing the garden yourself or using a professional gardener?

These are just some of the questions we will be asking you in our initial consultation and perhaps will give you food for thought before we meet. We will continue to work on domestic garden designs for all sizes of property from the very large to the very small. Be assured that your garden is in 'good hands' when you choose Architectural Landscapes for your gardens design and construction.
