Our ever popular Bootcamps are available in two formats: The All Rounder or Tough Enough. Our first format is the most popular, The All Rounder. It is for the client who wants to achieve some weight loss, transform, feel better and more fit. At Define Fitness there is no ‘typical’ Bootcamp session. Each Personal Trainer is required to mix things up and vary their sessions to stop both your mind and body getting bored. Our Bootcamp systems are designed as a whole body workout that will improve your stamina, fitness, and strength in a fun and interesting ways. We guarantee that some of the exercises we do will push you to your limits, essentially ensuring you achieve your goals in the long run. Bootcamp sessions start with a warm up followed by at least 45 minutes of individual, pairs and team exercises, we end with a cool down and stretch. Our Personal Trainers and clients are a friendly group and are always keen to welcome a new people onboard. We make sure that each individual works to their potential, their own level of fitness within the group. Our second format is not for the faint hearted, Tough Enough. It is for the exercise enthusiast that requires conditioning, heavy duty equipment & weight training. If you want to push yourself to a place you have never been before, then come and train with the Tough Enough crew. It is suggested that you are at an intermediate fitness level when training in a Tough Enough session. 4 week Bootcamp pass, only $59 (Special introductory price)
