Capoeira is an Afro-Brazilian art form that incorporates elements of movement, music, game-play and self-defence.
Classes will cover all aspects of core capoeira movements, kicks, acrobatics, leg sweeps and takedowns as well as the musical elements including singing and playing traditional percussive instruments.
Taught by an experienced Capoeirista and Personal Trainer the Capoeaira classes at Elements Fitness are suitable for everyone regardless of your age, level of fitness or experience.
