My Yoga classes designed for Beginners, people who needs attention and help with alignment and adjustment. At the end of the class I add a Meditation sequence, which has it's own benefits and deepens the effect of asana practice.

Gentle yoga class is suitable for all the age groups and fitness levels. The classes are aimed at building strength and endurance for muscles, bones, ligaments and tendons; improving flexibility in the stiff areas and strengthening the weak parts of the body; stretching and toning muscles, nerves, blood and lymphatic vessels; balancing hormonal levels, especially stress-related.
