Group sessions are available for groups of five or more people in a variety of workout styles including Circuit Training, Boxing and Bootcamp. Get a bunch of friends together for group sessions and we can train in a location convenient to you. Sessions will be tailored to suit the needs and goals of the group - be it general fitness, weightloss, toning or other health and wellbeing goals.

  Personal Training is about keeping you motivated and getting you past self-imposed limitations. It will help you achieve your desired results much faster than on your own.
