Beata is a Personal Trainer operating in Sydney's Inner West with clients from Balmain, Leichhardt, Rozelle, Canada Bay, Drummoyne and Five Dock. She is a dedicated trainer who truly listens to what her clients want to achieve. Beata does one-on-one training, small group training, running groups and seniors gradual fitness training. Beata is up to date with all training methods and is fully qualified across many training regimes including kettlebell, TRX Suspension training and Punch Fit.

I offer Personal Training either indoors or outdoors, group training or one-on-one training. 

 New Level Personal Training offers 30min 1-on-1 private training sessions. These sessions are designed to be “all about you” with the program of exercises always relating to your health and fitness goal. All of our clients are provided with a ‘Results Diary’. Our trainers use this to create an eating plan specific to your needs and to set homework exercises so you don’t drop off between sessions.
