One way to help with your dificulties is through group work. Meeting others with similar difficulties to yourself can provide an opportunity to learn from them, and for you to help others, too.  Some groups are educationally based - providing an opportunity to learn together. Examples are Life Transition groups, parenting small children or groups or for couple relationship education. These groups are time limited.
