I am registeredmarriage celebrant with the Attorney-General's Department and I am authorised to solemnise marriages anywhere in Australia in accordance with the Marriage Act, 1961. I undergo five hours of On-going Professional Development per year so it is fair to say that I am up to date with the latest information. I will ensure that your special day is one to be remembered, whether it be a formal or informal wedding ceremony, a themed or cultural ceremony, it will be professional and of a high standard. I will accommodate your choice of location for the marriage ceremony, giving you total control of this special occasion. I will give you both the information and guidance to enable you to choose or compose a marriage ceremony that will meet all your needs and expectations, and I will respect the privacy and confidentiality of you both. I will also conduct a marriage ceremony rehearsal, and provide audio equipment, if required. I will also ensure that all relevant documents are completed and sent to the appropriate registering authority within fourteen days after the marriage ceremony, as required by Section 50 of the Marriage Act 1961.
