MUMfit is an exercise program designed for women over the age of 25. MUMfit incorporates all kinds of exercises to strengthen, shape and tone the body. We will never get you doing hundreds of push-ups and crunches. All our instructors are trained fitness instructors and personal trainers. Each session will vary and no two sessions will ever be the same! Classes will consist of anything from strength and conditioning to circuits, cardio, boxing and flexibility/stretching. But don’t worry, everything is fun.
