International designer Les Waterhouse, is an inspiring and creative designer whose floristry skills have been recognized at the highest level: gold medal winner for Australia at the International Floristry Competition in Canada. He was also the only accredited floral designer for the Sydney Olympics 2000. Les has a wealth of experience in Australia and overseas as a logistic events manager and is therefore well acquainted with the pressures of organising an event. One of his greatest strengths is his ability to create a relaxed, happy atmosphere in a sometimes chaotic environment.
