Receptionists are a disgrace!
The doctors are fantastic - but the receptionists are rude and very unprofessional. They all need a lesson in customer service. I waited 40 minutes with my 6 month old today for his needles. I asked them how much longer & 2 of the receptionists remembered that the nurse was sick. Not only did I have a booking, I checked in on arrival. They then told me I could wait for a doctor! They are a joke
