Hardware manufacture:
Brackets and bushes made from plastic, brass, aluminium or steel, finished in anodizing, alodining, powdercoat, nickel plate, etc.We have drilling tapping, milling and turning facilities, great for that one off piece or production quantities, and having low overheads, we can offer these services at competitive prices.
Jigs/Aids/Machines: to facilitate your production. We have built measuring machines, automatic dipping machines, screw-push assembly aids, and connector assembly jigs to help turn a difficult job into an easy and satisfying one. Simple hardware aids can improve alignment or mating parts or give leverage where necessary.
