The Old Ice Works specialises in jams, marmalades, jellies and butters that are free of preservatives, additives, fillers and colours.  We believe in providing only the best quality and therefore our conserves are made only from fruit, lemon juice and sugar - no added water to bulk it out or commercial pectins.  The exceptions, naturally, are the marmalades and jellies, which by their nature must have water added and the butters which include butter and whole eggs.  Special additions to several products can include almonds, ginger, honey, spices or alcohol.

Due to personal commitments in the first half of 2009 we are reluctantly closing as from 1st January and reopening again on 1st July 2009.
