Multiple clock setup is designed for companies that have 3 or more sites located in . This package includes 3 finger scan devices and our TNA 5 time Attendance software for up to 100 employees.
Our Multiple clock setup is configured for companies that have employees spread across more then one site. This setup allows a central administration to have full control of your time Attendance system. A central time attendance system is controlled by placing our time clock at each site. This information is then available to authorised users via the internet making collecting employees start and finish times quick simple. Our time clock devices also allow employees to clock in at one site and clock out at another site.
This 3 clock package is also suitable for customers who have 3 individual departments. These departments are common in the hotel industry where you have three main departmentsAdministration, Hospitality and Bar staff.
FINGER SCANNER DEVICE
This Multiple clock package comes with 3 fingerprint clocking devices. Our fingerprint devices collect the start and finish times for each employee. Our devices will also record unlimited breaks including lunch breaks, afternoon tea and smoke breaks. All our clocking devices have an option to allow employees to sign in with a four digit number if required, this will be handy in case an employee has a bad fingerprint reading. A bad fingerprint reading is unlikely but some employees will have issues due to previous work. (Builder etc).
Finger scan devices are very popular because they are the most user friendly. Once you have installed your fingerprint device( we suggest that you get your IT department or electrician to install this device) Full installation instructions are provided with colour diagrams, these can be made available before purchase. We also offer alternative hardware clocking devices which can be available at an upgrade cost if required. Other collection hardware devices include Pin identification and Proximity.
TNA 5 TIME ATTENDANCE SOFTWARE TNA 5
Time Attendance software will calculate all your company rules including overtime, leave, lunch breaks and allowances and any rule your business may have. Our staff will fully configure your software once your time clock is installed on your site. This process will require you to fill out a Time Attendance document which will help our staff build your software based on your company unique rules.
TNA 5 Time Attendance software will remove the manual process involved with completing weekly payroll. This software will generate time sheets for each employee and print reports based on groups or departments. This software will then import your weekly Time Attendance directly into payroll.
