   Vijay Patankar is a graduate of University of Wollongong with double majors in Computer Science and Management. He is also a certified Cisco instructor and a Telecommunications Engineer with more than twenty years of IT experience. He is a certified ESL teacher and currently teaches academic English and computing studies as part Foundation Studies Program at the University of New South Wales.
 
He was instrumental in preventing his teenage son from dropping out of high school in 2002. Like many teenagers his son was going through a rough patch and had lost the motivation to complete his high school studies. Vijay stepped in and explained to his son the importance of education and showed him how to study effectively.

Learning how to study was one of the best things his son did, helping him to score 94.95% in the HSC exam of 2004. This young man is currently studying for a Business degree at UTS in Sydney.
