Alphabetical Order, a new band night at Sydney’s Gaelic Club, launches Fri Nov 28th with a solid lineup of fresh new acts: Static Silhouettes, The Estate, The Inheritors, The Shake Up and The Spirits.The night supports the new wave of Sydney music, and looks set to be a welcome addition to the live music scene.Sydney indie-electro duo the Estate have beefed up their sound with live drums and bass with rocking results and will hit the stage at 9:00 to give The Gaelic audience a taste of their new-wave pop sound which has been described as MGMT meets Red Hot Chili Peppers, blending indie rock and folk with urban and electro elements to create an original radio-friendly sound.The Estate have gone from strength to strength this year, from being featured on the Foghorn Records Compilation “Grow Your Own: Upload Two”, to releasing their debut album Masterplan on iTunes and securing physical release through MGM.Masterplan will be available in-stores nationally from December 14th.For more info and gig dates, check out www.myspace.com/welcometotheestate or www.theestate.com.au
