About Stage Presence Dance and Performing Arts Studio
Stage Presence Dance and Performing Arts Studio, previously known as Lou-na Performers and Miranda Kalgovas Ballet School, has been operating in Mooroolbark for 33 years. The school has two studios at St Margaret's Uniting Church, Hull Rd, Mooroolbark, both equipped with fully sprung floors and mounted ballet Barres. The school has a long legacy in classical ballet and currently has 3 fully qualified teachers of the cecchetti method. The school has fed many dancers into the Victorian College of the Arts Secondary and Tertiary courses as well as The Australian Ballet and takes great pride in its student’s high exam results. In more recent years the school has opened its doors to other genres of performing arts including Jazz and Tap, Funk, Hip Hop, Cheerleading, Contemporary, Drama and Singing and also offers examinations in Jazz and Tap with a world renowned syllabus, The Imperial Society of Teachers and Dancing. We offer classes for students aged 2 years to adults.
