The excellent track record on a variety of styles and types of refurbishments presented SPS opportunities to complete projects with multiple elements and risks. Our depth of knowledge and ability to troubleshoot has been evident in works such as the reroof of Old Parliament House which required us to build a new roof and build existing while at all times protecting the Heritage Building. Also within Old Parliament House, SPS replaced the carpet within the Senate and Rep’s Chamber. Though all work required was the replacement of the floor coverings, SPS were chosen because of our proven ability to protect the integrity of the existing Heritage elements and ensuring that the transition from old to new was not distinguishable.
