TC8 Freestanding Mobile Truck and Railcar Access Platform offers protection and security with a larger cage system on top and has a heavy duty base unit. This Portable Truck and Railcar Access Platform was designed to be used by just one person. The light-weight but super-duty construction along with the unique wheel design allows this unit to be moved easily by one person. With a simple bolt together construction, the freestanding access platform only requires a two-person crew to put together and operational in 15 minutes! Both the ladder and access platform are constructed from aluminum with a galvanized steel constructed base. For added security, the walk base and platform are made slip resistant. TC8 access platform is ideal to be used for high level sampling, loading, inspection, unloading, venting and also connecting hoses, as suggested by Spacepac. The mobile access platform has been designed to be used on vehicles like the Tank Trucks, Hopper Cars and Petroleum Trucks. The TC8 unit is free standing - that is, it does not have to rest on the trucks for support while in use.
