Modern luxuries include Bose sound systems, espresso coffee machine, underfloor heating and an ultra modern bathroom including a double shower and deep bath. French doors from the bathroom open onto the verandah to allow vineyard views while soaking in the antique bath. These features fit seamlessly with heritage features, creating the perfect retreat for which to enjoy the Barossa. Within 5 minutes from the cottage are many iconic Barossa destinations such as Maggie Beers Farmshop, Appellation restaurant at The Louise, Torbreck Vintners, Two Hands Wines, Whistler Wines, Seppeltsfield Winery and Greenock Creek Wines. In 2007 the cottage entered the South Australian Tourism Awards Hall of Fame after 3 consecutive wins in 2005, 2006 & 2007.
