  Robert Petty Builders was established in 2003 and is based in Melbourne. We are a niche residential building company committed to creating unique, individualised aesthetic spaces. We work closely with each client to create their own modern space.    
We can work from architectural plans already created or we can be involved from the initial conception stage, developing ideas through to having plans drawn up then steering the permit process. Creating a modern space is about using the available area to craft a space that has both function and form. Functionality involves using the space and light available to create bright open living areas with ample storage resulting in clean lines and an aesthetic backdrop to your own interior design.  Our aim is to create a unique cutting-edge design using progressive materials to create a stunning home. We will always offer ‘green’ materials and options and aim for six star energy ratings.
